Job summary

The Union Station Nashville Yards, Autograph Collection, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and set the tone for their stay. You will handle check-ins/outs, manage reservations, payments, and room assignments with accuracy, and assist guests with local recommendations.

You’ll collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready, address guest concerns with empathy, and uphold the hotel’s standards. Flexible scheduling including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality front desk or guest service preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries by phone and in person.
• Process reservations, payments, and room assignments.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare rooms.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with empathy.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Provide concierge recommendations for dining, entertainment, and transportation.
• Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Perform physical duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
