Job summary

Vive Adolescent Care is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for Saturday and Sunday shifts. You will support all departments, greet visitors, route calls, and assist with supplies. CPR/First Aid certification is required, and candidates should be 19 or older. This is a part-time, in-person position in Utah.

Responsibilities include answering phones, checking in visitors, maintaining a tidy front office, and assisting with coordination across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1-2 years reception experience (preferred).
• Multi-Tasking, computer and phone skills; possible experience in mental health field.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and greet visitors.
• Route incoming correspondence to appropriate employees.
• Type reports, memos, letters, etc.
• Make copies as assigned.
• Check-in and monitor visitors for clients.
• Maintain a clean and presentable front office.
• Coordinate all communication in the facility.
