Job summary

Copper Hills Youth Center in West Jordan, Utah seeks a part-time Receptionist for weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am–9:00 pm). The role involves greeting visitors, directing calls, and routing messages, with a focus on accuracy and professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to effectively multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Obtain caller's name and direct to appropriate personnel and/or receive messages and deliver them timely and accurately.
• Direct visitors to destination and record name, time of call, nature of business, and person requested. Includes screening of visitors to make sure they have appropriate clearance to interact with the requested resident.
• Keep a log and schedule of future visitors; coordinate with taxi and hotel services as needed.
• Issue visitor's pass as required.
• Data entry.
