Job summary

Universal Health Services’ Copper Hills Youth Center in West Jordan, Utah, seeks a part-time receptionist for weekend shifts to greet visitors, screen calls, and support staff. Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain telephone caller's name and direct to appropriate personnel and/or receive messages and deliver them timely and accurately.
• Direct visitors to destination and record name, time of call, nature of business, and person requested. Includes screening of visitors to make sure they have appropriate clearance to interact with the requested resident.
• Keep a log and schedule of future visitors as well as coordinating with taxi and hotel services, as needed.
• Issues visitor's pass as required.
• Data entry.
