• Answer calls, route inquiries, and distribute mail accurately.
• Support multiple departments with clerical tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Operate multiline telephone and paging system and route calls.
• Greet visitors, sign-in, and direct to appropriate staff.
• Distribute mail and coordinate express mail services.
• Maintain Residents list and contact information for staff.
• Attend departmental meetings and support residents and families as needed.
