Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a part-time Weekend Receptionist to join our team. You will provide exceptional customer service, handle clerical tasks, and maintain administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of clerical experience or completed secretarial science program from an accredited school.
• Working knowledge of filing and confidentiality.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Use proper phone etiquette.
• Direct all visitors to appropriate areas.
• Perform general typing and secretarial duties.
• Distribute/payroll per policy.
• Handle incoming mail and deliveries.
• Follow safety procedures and care for equipment.
