Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic working computer knowledge (including Word) and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many personalities.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and maintain personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Receiving accommodation reservations from visitors.
• Taking details of arriving guests including payment information.
• Allocating rooms to guests.
• Providing information about hotel procedures, policies, and facilities.
• Providing tourism information to guests.
• Handling guest concerns and queries.
• Issuing receipts to guests.
• Ensuring safety and security of guests.
• Balancing cash drawer and following credit card security requirements.
• Maintaining training requirements and assisting guests with safety deposit boxes.
• Wearing uniform and name tag at all times.
• Performing routine cleaning and reporting needed repairs.
