Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities. You will use RF scanners and warehouse systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, stock, pick, pack, and ship merchandise accurately.
• Match item numbers, quantities, and shipping documents with physical goods.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS as required.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor, shelving, and racks.
• Load/unload trailers and secure shipments to prevent damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning and auditing.
• Rebox, relabel, and prepare merchandise for shipment or inventory.
• Follow hazardous material handling and safety standards.
