Job summary

TRDI is seeking a part-time Supervisor to oversee food operations at military dining facilities. You will coordinate daily tasks, enforce contract standards, and ensure safety and quality controls are followed.

The role requires scheduling personnel, approving time cards, and managing inventories while aligning with AbilityOne requirements and regulatory policies. A ServSafe certification and OSHA/compliance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hour General Industry certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to delegate and develop team members.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and wage/hour regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations to ensure contract requirements are met.
• Ensure TRDI employees, subcontractors, and vendors comply with contractual and government regulations.
• Act as government point of contact; authorize decisions within scope.
• Maintain Quality Control and Safety Program per contract and regulations.
• Manage contract budget and review efficiency of processes.
