Job summary

TRDI is seeking a Supervisor Food Serv for the Great Falls MT Air National Guard (Agriculture) to oversee daily food service operations and ensure contract compliance.

You will schedule staff, review time cards, manage inventory and equipment, and drive safety and quality programs while coordinating with management and government contacts. Requires ServSafe certification and OSHA training, plus a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must have ServSafe Food Manager Certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Basic knowledge of wage and hour laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily food service operations to meet contract requirements.
• Ensures compliance with all government regulations and contract terms.
• Schedules personnel and approves time cards; manages inventory and equipment.
• Provides training and development for staff, and conducts performance evaluations.
• Maintains safety programs and OPSEC/Property controls as required.
