Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Supervisor to oversee on-site food operations at military dining facilities. You will coordinate routine work activities, manage staff, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and government regulations.

The role requires flexibility to cover weekends, evenings, and holidays, with responsibilities including budgeting, scheduling, and process improvements. A security clearance is required, and benefits include medical, vision, dental, PTO, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations to meet contract requirements.
• Ensures compliance with government regulations and contract terms.
• Acts as primary government liaison for the contract; decision authority as defined.
• Maintains Quality Control and Safety Program per contract and regulations.
• Manages and reviews contract budget and efficiency processes.
• Schedules personnel, reviews time cards, and manages inventory.
