Job summary

TRDI is seeking a Part-Time Food Service Worker at Randolph AFB to assist in serving food, maintain sanitation, and support customer service. A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

The role requires strong food service experience, compliance with safety standards, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Benefits include PTO, holidays, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Must have commercial cooking experience.
• Must Have ServSafe Food Handler Certification.
• Must be able to Work a Flexible Work Schedule.
• Must Obtain and Maintain a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Reads recipes and estimates food requirements.
• Operates kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, grind, stir, strain, and season and knead foodstuffs for cooking, serving and storing.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment following all Sodexo, client and regulatory rules and procedures.
• Interacts with customers in the serving, retail and dining areas.
• Maintains safety and sanitation per HACCP and company policies.
