The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in food service, be able to manage schedules, equipment, inventory, and personnel, and obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day food service operations to meet contract requirements.

• Schedule personnel, review time cards, and manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and vehicles.
• Provide training and guidance to staff and implement process improvements.
