Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining hall operations to ensure quality service.
• Supervise union hourly employees and assist in staff training.
• Coordinate with Project and Operations Managers to meet contractual obligations.
• Manage kitchen and dining room setup, service flow, and safety standards.
• Supervise cash handling, reports, and end-of-shift communications.
