Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Temporary Floater – Weekends Only to provide direct support to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Memphis, TN area. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' direct caregiving experience in an IDD setting and be available for shifts across multiple units.

This role involves assisting with client needs and ensuring safety and well-being during staffing shortages. Note that there are no benefits associated with this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct caregiving experience in an IDD setting.
• Maintain all required licensure, certifications, and CPR certification current.
• Complete required training and competency checklists for homes, clients, or units worked in.

Responsibilities

• Assist units with staffing needs such as vacancies and census above budget.
• Support clients in identifying and communicating their requests and needs.
• Implement services and supports to address client goals and outcomes.
