Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen.
• Clear TB screening is required.
• Must complete trainings such as CPR/First Aid, medication administration and positive behavioral support.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with developmental disabilities in daily living activities and transportation to medical appointments.
• Administer medications as directed and support individual behavior plans.
• Encourage participation in community outings and activities; document health and safety concerns.
• Report concerns, maintain accurate documentation, and support a person‑centered approach.
