Job summary

RHA Health Services in Memphis, TN is hiring for a temporary Float DSP/Caregiver role focused on weekend shifts. You will support designated units with staffing needs, assist individuals with goals, and maintain required certifications and trainings. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, varies by location and unit.

The role requires at least 2 years of direct caregiving experience in an IDD setting; behavioral health experience is a plus. This position is temporary and based on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years direct caregiving experience in an IDD setting.
• Behavioral health experience preferred for some units.
• Must complete all required training and competency checklists for homes/clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist designated units with staffing needs and vacancies.
• Support individuals and groups to achieve goals and desired outcomes.
• Maintain required licensure, certifications and CPR training.
