Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in North Carolina is seeking a Float Pool Direct Support Professional (Regular) to assist multiple locations, including Brevard, Hendersonville, Asheville and Burnsville, with staffing coverage and census needs. You will support individuals with disabilities in the community and follow Centered Plans to help them achieve their goals.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of direct caregiving experience in an IDD setting, with behavioral health experience preferred for

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct caregiving experience in an IDD setting.
• Behavioral health experience preferred for some units.
• Must maintain CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Assist designated units with staffing needs such as vacancies and census above budget.
• Provide support for individuals and/or groups of persons with disabilities in the community.
• Follow Centered Plan and communicate needs to the team; coordinate with units for coverage.
