Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct caregiving experience in an IDD setting.
• CPR certification current and required training completed.
• Maintain licensure and required annual competencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist designated units with staffing needs, including vacancies and census above budget.
• Support individuals and groups of persons with disabilities in the community; implement Centered Plan goals.
• Collaborate with teams to address requests and needs, documenting progress as required.
