CVS Health MinuteClinic seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a clinic setting. The role combines in-person and virtual visits, with strong clinical support and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

Providers will manage wellness and chronic care, perform exams, vaccines, and preventive services, while handling essential clinic operations and ensuring safe patient care. This part-time weekend position offers dedicated team support.

Qualificações

• Must have a Master’s degree from an accredited FNP program.
• Current national board certification and active APRN license.
• Experience providing holistic, evidence-based care and vaccines.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide both in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support positive patient health outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordinate care with other providers.
• Engage patients in wellness, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings.
• Handle clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, insurance verification, and payments.
