Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to support MinuteClinic clinics in Loganville and surrounding areas. The role offers 30-40 hours per week with weekend rotation, allowing autonomy while receiving clinical support from a dedicated team.

The position requires at least one year of NP experience, an active NP license, and ability to perform immunizations, DOT within 30 days, and BLS. Fluency in Spanish is a plus in some markets.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required; family medicine preferred.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and counseling.
• Order and administer immunizations and vaccines (COVID-19, influenza, TB, Depo).
• DOT certification within 30 days of employment.
• Bilingual in Spanish may be required depending on market.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) including CPR and AED.
• Pass a FIT test and wear respirator when protocol requires.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and disposition planning.
• Open/close clinic, inventory, patient follow-up and verify insurance.
• Manage patient appointments and routine examinations.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
• Encourage patient engagement in health screenings and wellness services.
