Oak Brook Park District is seeking an Event Attendant to support Central Park West events and facility rentals. The role involves hands-on setup, guest interaction, and ensuring a seamless experience for renters and attendees.

The position requires arriving early to prepare the space, communicating rules, and maintaining a professional demeanor throughout shifts, including nights and weekends. Training and safety procedures are emphasized, with opportunities for growth within the District.

Mansioni

• Set up facility with tables and chairs per renter’s layout before events.
• Explain and enforce rental rules and policies for renters and attendees.
• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown before, during, and after rentals.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety during events, including minor cleaning as needed.
• Adhere to uniform policy and present a professional appearance.
• Document incidents and reports as required and notify supervisor of hazards or malfunctions.
• Support safety initiatives and training, and participate in staff meetings.
