Job summary

Glencoe Park District is seeking a part-time Party Attendant to assist renters at multiple venues in Glencoe. You will set up and break down rooms, maintain cleanliness, and help with AV equipment during events.

You must enforce park rules, stay on duty for the full rental, and ensure fees are collected at the end of each rental. Qualifications include being at least 16 years old, at least one year of public-facing work, and a current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or obtain within one

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Minimum 1 year working with the public or in a party-attending setting.
• Background check required; costs covered by Glencoe Park District.
• Must possess CPR/AED and First Aid certification or obtain within 1 month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up the room for rentals and break down after rental time.
• Maintain general space cleanliness and safety during events.
• Enforce facility rules and policies relevant to rentals.
• Assist renters with AV or equipment as needed.
• Ensure all rental fees are collected at the end of the rental.
• Remain on duty for the duration of the rental.
