Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work in shelter, community residence, or inpatient setting.
• Ability to maintain a safe environment for clients.
• Experience as a human services team member.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of participants in the program.
• Assist participants in obtaining dinner and performing ADL skills.
• Lead groups during assigned shift.
• Document progress in the log and chart; develop and follow through on treatment plans.
