Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy; proficient with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to work with a diverse population.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Experience with mental illness and substance use disorders preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evening presence and regular rounds in the building.
• Be available to tenants and conduct wellness checks.
• Uphold tenants' rights and enforce house rules.
• Manage occupancy agreements and set limits when needed.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary.
• Note maintenance issues and coordinate repairs.
• Attend training and meetings as required.
