• Coordinate staff coverage for mobile evening counselors and ensure 24/7 high-quality support.
• Implement best practices (Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, Trauma-Informed Care) and ensure licensing compliance.
• Hire, evaluate, train, and support supervisees and communicate objectives across departments.
