Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide evening presence with regular rounds and tenant wellness checks.
• Uphold tenant rights, manage occupancy agreements and house rules.
• Set limits when appropriate and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Note maintenance or housekeeping issues and escalate to appropriate staff.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
