Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide an evening presence with regular rounds throughout the building.
• Be available to tenants and assist with daily tenant wellness checks.
• Observe and uphold tenant rights; oversee occupancy agreements and house rules.
• Set limits when appropriate and provide crisis intervention as necessary.
• Note housekeeping or maintenance issues and forward concerns to staff for resolution.
• Attend trainings/meetings as required and support team goals.
