Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of customer service experience is required.
• Previous computer and software experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in ED triage or at bedside during admission to ensure proper registration.
• Educate patients on payment options and programs such as Minnesota Medical Assistance, Minnesota Care, and MNsure.
• Assist with registrations and financial counseling as needed between ED and inpatient units.
