Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with computer systems or software.

Responsibilities

• Register patients in ED triage or at bedside.
• Explain payment options and assist with programs for options such as MN Medicaid, MNcare, MNsure.
• Coordinate with care teams and third-party payers to ensure proper registration.
