Qualifications

• Dispatching, customer service, or scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with scheduling software and multiple screens.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.
• Communicate with technicians regarding schedules and customer needs.
• Manage emergency calls and prioritize service requests.
• Update customer information and job notes in company software.
• Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and maximum efficiency.
