Easter Seals TN is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities. You will help with daily activities, meal prep, personal care, and medication administration in a person-centered, mission-driven environment.

Shift opportunities include Friday 4 PM – 7 PM, Saturday 8 AM – 1 PM, and Sunday 11 AM – 1 PM, with a starting rate of $15 per hour. Benefits include health insurance, life and long-term disability coverage, a 403(b) plan, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene and medication administration.
• Support individuals in the community and in person-supported homes to promote independence and engagement.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans and enhance quality of life.
