Job summary

Creative Foundations is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for weekend shifts to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. Pay is $18 per hour during waking hours and $11 per hour during sleep shifts (10pm–6am).

Shifts run Friday afternoon through Monday morning with paid training and benefits. You will assist with daily living skills, support social participation, document progress, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, respectful

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful background check and required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal care, transportation).
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Document care, activities, and progress and communicate with team.
