Winter Family Care LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with disabilities in our licensed facilities. You will help with daily living skills, personal care, and community participation.

This full-time role offers day or overnight shifts, a $20.50 hourly pay, paid training, and benefits. We value dignity, respect, independence, and teamwork in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and clean background check.
• Compassionate, dependable, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living skills, community involvement, and personal goals.
• Assist with medication administration, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Foster independence and build meaningful relationships.
• Maintain documentation and uphold safety standards.
• Participate in planning daily activities and community outings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
