Job summary

Creative Foundations, a Help at Home company, is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Power Weekend shifts (24-40 hours) to support individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.

Shifts begin Friday afternoon and run through Monday morning. Compensation includes $18/hour during waking hours and $11/hour during sleep shifts (10pm-6am). Full-time weekend coverage is available with paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 21 years old with driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily living activities, transportation, and personal care.
• Encourage participation in social activities and document progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Communicate with the care team to ensure quality support.
