Job summary

Creative Foundations, a Help at Home company, is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and the community. Earn $18 per hour and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires, with afternoon/evening shifts 2 PM–11 PM.

Join our team to provide compassionate, one-on-one support, document progress, promote independence, and help people live with dignity. Weekend availability is required; start times vary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal care, transportation).
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Document care, activities, and progress.
• Communicate with team members to ensure quality support.
