Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid PA Driver's License required.
• Access to reliable car required.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening required.
• Physical/PPD screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care needs.
• Support personal outcomes through daily living skills, community involvement and advocacy.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ensure safety and respond promptly during shifts.
