Oak Hill is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with daily living, health monitoring, transportation, and meal support in Coventry, CT. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and community inclusion.

Qualified applicants will have a HS diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to pass background checks; paid training and career growth opportunities are offered. This is a part-time, weekend position with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, grooming, bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Monitor health, document vitals and administer medications per directives.
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities in agency vehicles.
• Prepare meals and snacks per menus and dietary needs.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using approved techniques and equipment.
