Oak Hill is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered support in a Coventry, CT residential setting on a part-time, day-shift schedule. The role offers weekend hours (Saturday–Sunday 7am–3pm) with a base pay around $20.39 per hour and differential pay for select schedules.

You’ll assist with daily living, health monitoring, and community inclusion while following DDS, DPH, and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport individuals.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living activities and personal care.
• Monitor health information and document vital signs when required.
• Administer medications and maintain records per training and directives.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities.
• Maintain documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Follow safety procedures and health care plans.
