Job summary

HCA is hiring a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and inclusion in daily living activities. You will receive on-the-job training and opportunities to gain experience in the human services field.

The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with weekend shifts and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Base pay starts at $19.25 to $20.50 per hour, with added stipends and weekend differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience needed; paid on-the-job training provided.
• Must obtain and maintain all required training and certifications (AMAP, CPR, First Aid).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments; assist individuals in self-administration as appropriate.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support meal planning, nutrition, and safe food handling; promote independence.
