Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks such as showers, dressing, housekeeping, meals and budgeting.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed with a valid Arkansas driver’s license.
• Maintain communication via logs and attend staff meetings regarding client progress.
• Complete required documentation (behavior reports, incident reports, forms, progress notes).
• Follow medication guidelines and assist in monitoring procedures.
