Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (showering, dressing, meal planning).
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed.
• Maintain documentation including behavioral, incident, and progress reports.
• Monitor and document medication procedures following guidelines.
• Engage clients in recreational activities and adhere to dress code.
