Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass all background checks.
• Reliable vehicle to transport during shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily tasks/chores including cooking, cleaning, and medication management.
• Support and promote individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene.
• Run errands such as shopping and going to appointments.
• Encourage and foster individuals’ hobbies and interests.
• Provide habilitation and documentation.
• Follow health and safety protocols.
• Ensure individuals' needs are met while preserving dignity and personal choice.
• Provide day-to-day care to individuals residing in their own home.
• Assist and guide individuals in budgeting funds and participating in social activities.
• Complete and maintain all documentation on a web-based system.
