Job summary

HELP Foundation Inc. seeks Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with disabilities in residential settings. Positions include weekend shifts with competitive starting pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of care experience preferred.
• Basic level of computer proficiency as well as good basic reading and writing skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal charting and record keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals in assigned residential facilities.
• Administer medications and monitor health including vital signs.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Document services accurately and maintain records.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community events.
