Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management.

• Run errands and accompany individuals to appointments.
• Encourage hobbies and interests and support social activities.
• Provide habilitation and documentation and follow health and safety protocols.
• Ensure needs are met with dignity and personal choice.
• Support individuals in their own homes and budget management.
• Maintain daily documentation and participate in ISP planning.
