Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities while promoting independence.

In this role you will help clients engage with the community, pursue personal goals outside the home, and follow care plans with independence. Full and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable traits are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Facilitate community involvement to grow personal goals outside the home environment.
• Follow care plans and maintain client safety and well-being.
