ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home support for clients in Southeast Michigan. You will encourage skill-building and assist with daily activities in clients' homes, promoting independence and safety.

Opportunities exist for both full-time and part-time roles, with paid training and a flexible schedule. You may accompany recipients to community activities to help achieve personal goals outside the home.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, supporting and encouraging skill-building.
• Assist with daily living activities and safety needs as outlined in care plans.
• Help recipients engage in community activities to support personal goals outside the home.
