Job summary

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, primarily in Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and also bring recipients into the community to help grow personal goals outside of their home environment.

Full and part-time positions are available. Benefits include paid training, flexible schedule, weekly pay, virtual interview process, and other opportunities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care for recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
