Job summary

MBK Senior Living in the United States is seeking a part-time Server (Saturday & Sunday 6AM-2PM) to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents. You will take orders, serve meals with care, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining area while upholding safety and food-handling standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic English communication, and the ability to work early weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit and authorization documentation.
• Background clearances, health screening, and negative TB test results within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests.
• Uphold high table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing dishes, and resetting tables.
• Attend to residents' dining needs and menu selections with courtesy.
• Follow dietary needs and care plans as outlined by the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and comply with food safety handling protocols.
• Assist in stocking, washing dishes, and supporting kitchen and dining services.
• Promote teamwork and open communication in alignment with MBK principles.
• Promptly report safety or equipment issues to the Supervisor.
