Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Morning Dining Server to deliver exceptional dining service to residents in a welcoming, hospitality-focused environment. The role supports dining operations from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and English literacy are essential.
• Must be 18+ with required background clearances and health screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dining service and friendly interaction with residents, families, and guests.
• Take accurate food orders and serve meals in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintain clean, sanitary dining areas and properly reset tables between courses.
• Assist with dining room setup, break down deliveries, and restock supplies as needed.
• Ensure residents' dietary needs are followed and assist with menu selections.
